SUMMARY:
Our international client in Qatar is on a look out for a experienced Corporate Performance Analyst to join their team. The potential candidate will report to the Head of Section - Performance Management. The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate organization & affiliates-wide efforts to ensure that performance management is developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. Establish a system for continuous performance evaluation. POSITION INFO:

Key Accountabilities 

  • Provide leadership for Performance Management  and participates in organizational strategic planning assures that organization-wide Performance Management are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness. 
  • Develop and implement performance management plans, policies and procedures in line with corporate company strategy in order to ensure effective support of company activities. 
  • Builds, directs, manages, and ensures implementation and effectiveness of the company and affiliates Performance Management and Improvement System.
  • Implements a performance management and improvement process that leads to a positive and measurable impact on the company and the affiliates.  
  • Coordinates with divisions and departments to ensure the correctness of data and optimal use of resources. 
  • Develops and design standard formats to capture requisite data for systematic analysis in order to achieve organisational; objectives. 
  • Provide professional advice and support across the business on performance management and implementation issues in order to ensure consistent performance management effort and support achievement of company objectives.
  • Increases the performance management and quality improvement capacity of the organization in order to ensure that goals are effectively and efficiently met. 
  • Increases the company and affiliates capacity to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the organizations, practices, partnerships, programs, use of resources, and the impact the systems’ improvements on the bottom line.
  • Establishes a continuous performance and quality improvement effort and monitoring and reporting system. Regularly reports the status of performance and quality improvement efforts and impacts. Coordinates and prepares annual accountability report including economic, Return-on-Investment analysis and other impact reviews.
  • Prepare management information reports in order to ensure that Senior Managers have the relevant performance management information needed to support strategic decision-making.

Qualification, Experience & Skills
  • MBA degree from a recognised college or university. 
  • Around 15 years’ experience of financial management within relevant industries required with at least 5 years’ experience in performance management in a manufacturing organisation, multi-cultural, multi-national teams.
  • Knowledge of performance management in manufacturing organizations and preferably in Steel Industry.
  • Skills in effective communication, operational and financial analysis. 
  • Interpreting statistics and evaluating performance, preparing comprehensive reports; 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationship with functions, affiliates and subsidiaries.
  • Flexibility
  • Report writing skills
  • Good English language skills
  • Good workable knowledge in ERP environment.
