Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, budgeting reports, and scenario analyses.
Analyse production performance, cost drivers, and operational data to support strategic decisions.
Deliver monthly management reporting and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Support capital projects, feasibility studies, and investment evaluations.
Identify financial risks, opportunities, and cost optimisation initiatives.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

CA(SA) – essential

Experience:

Experience in mining, manufacturing, or heavy-industry sectors advantageous
Strong exposure to financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, and reporting
Experience working with operational teams beneficial

Skills:

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to interpret operational data and convert insights into action

Other:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Must have strong attention to detail and commercial acumen
