POSITION INFO:
As the Cost Accountant , you'll be the financial custodian of all Food & Beverage inventory and cost-related activities across multiple outlets, bars, cellars, and storage facilities. Responsibilities: Conducting three-way matching between purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices Monitoring inventory movements and overseeing weekly beverage counts and monthly stock takes Identifying and investigating stock variances, losses, wastage, spoilage, and shrinkage Calculating and analysing Food & Beverage cost percentages and preparing insightful management reports Tracking actual performance against budget and providing meaningful variance analysis Reviewing supplier pricing and identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiencies Maintaining accurate recipe costings, portion controls, and menu profitability analysis Collaborating closely with Executive Chefs and F&B leadership to maximise margins and operational performance Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and audit requirements Essential Requirements 2-3 years' experience in Cost Accounting, Hospitality Finance, Inventory Management, or Procurement Strong financial analysis and cost-of-sales experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience working with stock and inventory control systems Knowledge of POS platforms such as Micros or similar systems High levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability Apply today and take the next step in your hospitality finance career with a leading luxury hospitality brand.
