Cost Controller (Supply Chain)

POSITION INFO:
Key aspects of Cost Optimization Controllers will be the Management, communication, and facilitation of Performance within the Supply Chain, including Operations, S&OP, Planning, Logistics, Quality, HSE, Sales and Finance.

Some Performance Indicators with regards to experience will be:

• Ability to report on all Sales and Operations Planning Data to OPCO, Monitor and Report on Activity Based Costing (ABC), Operational budgets, Cost Centre''s Product Cost Books
• Measuring, tracking and reporting on stock movements and Losses, Analysis and reporting on Stock Movements and Losses
• Measuring and optimisation of Production Outputs through Supply Chain Processes
• Track and Report on Consignment Stock Movements and Variances
• Manage Stock accuracy through Stock and Cycle Counts
• Manage Raw Material availability and usage
• Analyze and Report  on Productivity Costing and Implement interventions

• Tracking and Improvement of Performance
• Strategy development

• BCom. Accounting 
• Tertiary Qualification in Cost Accounting
• Advanced MS Excel, Syspro
• Further Qualifications in Six Sigma will be advantageous
