POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description A leading organisation is looking for a Cost and Management Accountant\/Plant Controller to partner closely with operations and drive financial performance within a production environment. You will provide critical support through budgeting, forecasting and operational cost analysis. Key Responsibilities Manage plant budgeting processes Prepare forecasts and cost projections Maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) Analyse production costs Prepare operational reports Conduct variance analysis Support profitability initiatives Partner with production teams Job Experience and Skills Required Qualification: Finance or Accounting Degree Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant experience Manufacturing or plant environment experience Cost accounting experience Technical Skills: BOM management WIP analysis Budgeting Forecasting Cost analysis Financial reporting The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Operationally focused Analytical Process-driven Comfortable working with production teams Commercially minded Results-orientated Why Consider This Opportunity?
