Are you a Costing professional with strong manufacturing exposure and a passion for operational finance? An opportunity is available for a hands-on Costing Manager with experience in factory-based environments and strong analytical ability.

POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
This role is suited to someone who enjoys working closely with operations, understanding production costs, and supporting business performance through accurate costing and financial analysis. You will be involved in budgeting, reporting, and maintaining costing structures within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage costing processes and cost analysis
Maintain and review BOMs and production costing structures
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Analyse manufacturing and operational costs
Assist with inventory and variance analysis
Provide financial insights to support operational decision-making

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
CIMA qualified or currently studying towards CIMA
Relevant finance qualification advantageous
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience within manufacturing finance
Exposure to factory-based costing environments
Skills:
Strong costing and analytical ability
Experience with BOMs and operational reporting
Budgeting and forecasting exposure
Ability to work closely with operational teams
