Location: Kroonstad, Free State

Overview:
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Credit & Financial Analyst to join a dynamic commercial banking environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial analysis and deal structuring experience, looking to contribute to impactful lending decisions and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial statements, cash flows, and business cases for lending decisions
• Structure and package credit applications for approval
• Assess risk, collateral, and overall deal viability
• Support portfolio management and client performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive efficient deal execution

Requirements:

• Degree or National Diploma in Finance, Business, Risk, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in credit analysis or lending within a banking/financial services environment
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of credit risk, loan structuring, and financial principles
• Experience working with systems such as SAP/CRM (advantageous)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Valid driver’s licence
• Willingness to travel when required
