SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a proactive Creditors / Accounts Payable Clerk to manage supplier accounts, reconciliations, invoice processing & payment runs within a leading property-focused finance team!

POSITION INFO:
Join a reputable business known for efficiency, quality service & operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Full creditors function – invoice processing, GRN matching & statement control
- Reconcile supplier accounts & resolve variances promptly
- Prepare payment packs, load EFTs & ensure timely weekly/monthly payments
- Process credit notes, discounts & adhere to supplier terms
- Maintain accurate vendor records & support month-end close
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries professionally and timeously
- Capture transactions with high accuracy & ensure compliant documentation

Skills & Requirements

- Matric essential + Accounting/Bookkeeping qualification advantageous
- 2–3 years Creditors/AP experience (property)
- Strong reconciliation ability with high attention to detail
- Experience with ERP/Property or Financial systems (MDA beneficial)
- Deadline-driven, organised & confident in supplier negotiation
- Proficient in Excel and financial administration
