JOB SUMMARY:
A client in the retail industry is seeking a Creditors Clerk / Stock Controller to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

1-2 years experience in a similar role
Creditors experience
Invoicing
Stock control / management
Numeracy skills and accuracy
Pastel and excel knowledge required
Sync experience advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

Updating of job costs, where required (including rejects)
Comparison of budget cost to actual cost and investigation where required
Preparation of weekly CMT payments and ensuring all checks performed
Processing of invoices on Pastel
Preparation of monthly creditor reconciliations
Preparation of payment requisitions
Daily integration of Sync invoices into Pastel
Sending out remittances (CMT’s and outwork)
Ensure stock is accurately captured (samples, imported stock)
Monthly review of the WIP report and ensure jobs closed
Monthly inspection of stock written off
