SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading, multi-national, FMCG company that is growing exponentially in Africa and South Africa, is seeking to appoint a CULTURE & ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST responsible for analysing surveys, developing plans and implementing solutions.

POSITION INFO:
The Culture and Engagement specialist is responsible for vigorously driving the culture and engagement of the business units through organisational health surveys, workshops and other engagement initiatives. The C&E specialist will work closely with the HRBPs and business leaders to identify and solution team needs where team challenges or dysfunctions are concerned.

Requirements include:

Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology (Honours will be considered)
Registered Industrial Psychologist (Masters) – HPCSA
Minimum of 3 years experience in culture and engagement role
Excellent stakeholder management and strong persuasion and influencing skills
Able to manage the complexity that comes with merging various business cultures into a global vision

This role will suit an HR or OD professional that is passionate about driving staff engagement, has ideas and the ability to pitch those ideas to get the necessary backing for implementation. The ideal profile will be someone with a solid track record of delivery in employee engagement, backed by excellent technical and academic ability. This role is based in Rosebank.
