Culture & Engagement Specialist

SUMMARY:
Leading, international FMCG company, is currently recruiting a Culture & Engagement Specialist responsible to own and drive full spectrum of the process.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engagement strategy and lead implementation
• Designs, obtains buy-in and runs local pulse surveys. engagement workshops, engagement initiatives
• Monitors, measures and tracks BU progress against action plans, providing regular updates to HR Leadership Team and senior leaders, actively highlighting where concerns are identified and proposing solutions
• Owns and drives Sector and Local recognition programmes
• Works with BU lead and HRBPs to diagnose team needs thereby providing expert advice and solutions where team dysfunctions/challenges are concerned
• Design and conceptualise a thought/strategy/solution and driving this through to implementation. 
• Custodian of Engagement Survey process, coordination, communication, results and analytics
• Design and facilitate engagement workshops
• Prepare diversity and inclusion report for Global partners
• Top Employer certification custodian
• Design and implementation of local reward and recognition programme which includes frontline and professional employee participation 

Requirements

• B Degree with Honours in Industrial Psychology (Masters preferred)
• Extensive experience in Culture and Engagement (analysing surveys, developing plans and implementing solutions)
• Track record of leading design/conceptualisation on many projects/initiatives with success
• Experience working with senior business leaders
• Experience designing ang running organizational surveys
• Accredited in the use of some psychometric assessments (preferred)
