SUMMARY:
A pivotal role, Customer Retention Specialist, has become available at one of the best companies in Cape Town! Boast your supervisory, customer service and analytical skills to lead and implement their strong customer centric strategy.

POSITION INFO:

A managerial role requiring strong data analytics skills, client focused and marketing experience across various marketing platforms. Your main function will be to analyze marketing data as it comes in, then use that information to implement related strategies in order to ensure the company retains and grows its existing customer base. This will be a senior role within the company, thus we will only be looking at candidates with relevant leadership experience.

Skills & Experience:

Knowledge in setting up and managing a successful retention team

Strong customer service industry experience

Proficient in developing budgets and financial reporting

Experience in interpretation of large data sets

Proven skills in trend analysis

Qualification:

Business degree
