Our client has an excellent opportunity for you to join their driven sales and administration team in Kempton Park.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 / Matric plus own transport essential
Bilingual (English / Afrikaans)
Confident, a team player who is well-spoken and presentable
Own transport
Numerical Aptitude & Attention to Detail
Knowledge and understanding of accounting process systems
Experience with Sage Accounting essential
Experience with Inventory Management beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

DUTIES

Dealing with clients’ queries and requirements (sales)
Supporting sales representatives with sales administrative duties
Processing Quotes, Sales Orders and Invoices
Dealing with procurement administration, processing PO’s (locally purchased inventory) and following up on orders
Maintain minimum stock levels (locally purchased inventory)
Any ad-hoc duties required within the office

Salary: R12 000 – R15 000 cost to company.
