Customer Services Manager – Windhoek, Namibia An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and driven Customer Services Manager to join a growing global organisation based in Windhoek. This position sits at the heart of the business and will take full responsibility for the overall performance and daily management of the centre. The successful candidate will be given the autonomy and resources to manage the centre as though it were their own business. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the daily operations and overall performance of the centre. Lead, motivate and support a small, close-knit team. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every customer receives a world-class experience. Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to upsell services. Conduct professional tours for prospective customers. Resolve challenges and customer concerns efficiently and professionally. Maintain high standards across the workspace and customer areas. Drive centre performance and consistently achieve agreed sales and operational targets. Ensure customers become positive ambassadors for the business. Minimum Requirements Previous experience managing a customer-focused site, centre, store, restaurant or similar operation. Proven experience leading and motivating a small team. Experience working towards and achieving sales, service or operational targets. Strong sales and commercial awareness. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Confident, professional and comfortable engaging with prospective and existing customers. Excellent communication skills in English.
