Customer Support Solutions Specialist Account Manager (Manufacturing / Mining / Construction and similar) needed in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Resolve complex technical and product-related queries to maximise equipment performance and uptime. Lead customer support initiatives and provide expert product and service guidance. Deliver customer and partner training to improve technical capability and product knowledge. Analyse recurring customer issues and develop effective response strategies. Manage warranty and reimbursement processes in line with company policies. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure high-quality customer data. Coordinate custom and special orders with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. Conduct regular customer reviews to maximise satisfaction and long-term value. Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services that add value to customers. Mentor colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team. IT testing and troubleshooting technical issues Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification. Proven experience in customer support, account management, technical support, or a related field. Industry: Manufacturing \/ Mining \/ Construction and similar. Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Experience working with CRM systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. Strong planning, organisational, and reporting skills. Proficient computer skills.
