We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage strategic customer accounts, deliver tailored solutions, and drive long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with strategic customer accounts. Create and execute account plans to maximise growth within existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Understand customer operations and recommend tailored product and service solutions. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, business reviews, and commercial presentations. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and successful project delivery. Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and account activity within the CRM system. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and contractual obligations. Requirements: Proven success in Account Management , Business Development, Technical Sales, or Key Account Management. Experience within the manufacturing, mining, construction, agriculture, industrial equipment, or heavy machinery sectors is highly advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Relevant industry experience will also be considered. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and influencing skills. Commercially astute with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience managing strategic or key customer accounts. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments and countries. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel into Africa as required.
