As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially driven Digital Key Account Manager to join the team. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is: Commercially driven with a passion for sales and account growth. Experienced in managing agency and direct client relationships. Skilled at identifying and converting new business opportunities. Confident presenting ideas, negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals. Consultative in their approach, with the ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions. Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. Comfortable working with data and using campaign performance insights to grow accounts. What will you do? Manage and grow an established portfolio of agency, brand and advertiser accounts. Develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and direct clients. Create compelling digital advertising and partnership proposals. Negotiate commercial agreements and secure new campaigns. Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to brief. Monitor campaign performance and present meaningful insights to clients. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and CRM records. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities. What do you need? Minimum 3 years' experience in digital advertising sales, media sales, agency account management or a similar commercial role. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing client accounts. Experience selling digital advertising, media, branded content, sponsorships or performance marketing solutions. Strong presentation, proposal writing and negotiation skills. Ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide commercial recommendations. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Proficiency in CRM systems, PowerPoint or Google Slides, and Excel or Google Sheets. Existing relationships within media agencies, advertisers or the digital media industry would be advantageous.
