SUMMARY:
The candidate will be responsible for the development of catalogue content according to the requirement and specification agreed upon between the CPM Architect/Administrator and the customer. Develop integrations as required into different systems such as CMDB and Service desk systems.

The candidate will be responsible for the development of catalogue content according to the requirement and specification agreed upon between the CPM Architect/Administrator and the customer. Develop integrations as required into different systems such as CMDB and Service desk systems.

Description

Utilize automation tool such as Terraform, Ansible or similar to develop content and workflows for catalogue items on the CPM self-help portal.
Assist with testing, upgrading, configuring and deploying of new offerings to the CMP.
Develop workflows to deploy and manage instances on cloud as well as on prem systems such as Openstack, VMware, PowerVC, Azure.
Develop workflows to integrate into 3^rd party systems via API such as CMDB, service desk.

Qualifications and experience required:

IT related qualification and/or related work experience.

More than 5 years’ in-depth development experience in Python, YAML, Unix Shell, VBS, PowerShell, REST, Ruby, Perl.
More than 5 years’ in -depth development experience in automations workflow development in orchestration tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform).
Certifications in Cloud platforms will be advantageous such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), Openstack.
Certifications in on prem Virtualization platforms will be advantageous such as VMWare, Openstack.
ITIL Certification.
