SUMMARY:
A company is seeking a Dealer & Product Development Coordinator to manage dealer compliance standards, coordinate product and sales training, and support product research and development within the dealer network. The role includes dealer audits, training coordination, market analysis, and cross-border dealer support.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Degree or equivalent qualification
5–8 years’ experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
Dealer network exposure essential
Experience in training coordination and/or standards compliance advantageous
Strong analytical and research skills
Experience with product comparisons, market analysis, and reporting
Ability to coordinate training plans, audits, and dealer development projects
Willingness and ability to travel locally and cross-border
Valid Code 8 driver’s licence and passport/documentation for travel
