SUMMARY:
The Dialer Support and Design Engineer will be responsible for both new and existing technology projects within the supply chain.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Noble dialer configuration and set-up
Noble dialer support
System support, purchased and in-house developed
New client code creation
Daily debit order checks
PBX configuration
Asterisk system support with some levels of development and scripting
Documentation

Education & Experience:

5 years in Call Center systems, agent support, dialer administrator, set-up and SQL
3 years' experience in Asterisk systems
2 years noble systems experience (advantage)
