  The Role:

  The Data Analytics Graduate works as part of BSO team to support business in their data analytics requirements around performance tracking of business projects or campaigns.

  Skills and Experience:

  Essential Education:

  • BSC degree in Computer Science.

  Knowledge and Experience:

  • Programming experience in at least two of the following languages: R, Python, Scala, SQL.
  • Hands on experience in the design and development of Tableau dashboards.
  • Working experience is not essential for this role.
  Key Accountabilities:
  • The Data Analytics Graduate, will work as part of BSO team to support business in their data analytics requirements around performance tracking of business projects or campaigns.
  • Interact directly with business customers to understand requirements and making data analytics available in visual format to support data driven decision making.
  • Help find the best dataset for specific business projects.
  • Evaluate the limitations of existing data sources and provide recommendations to address unmet data needs. Identify mechanism to capture new data (e.g., CRM, sensors).
  • Design and Develop Dashboards and visualizations.
  • Deploy dashboards across all environments in collaboration.
