Dealer Principal

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealer Principal to lead the operations of a well-established automotive dealership in Bela Bela, Limpopo. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in dealership management and operational excellence.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and administration.
• Drive profitability through effective business planning, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Implement and maintain compliance with OEM and group standards.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve market share and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational KPIs.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Dealer Principal or Senior Manager in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, including financials, HR, and OEM requirements.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and improve profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Relevant qualification in Business Management or Automotive Management (advantageous).
