Dealer Principal / General Manager

We have an opportunity for a Dealer Principal / General Manager 

Duties:

• Manage overall dealership and staff for the Sales department, Parts department and Service department
• Monitor and control the vehicles and parts in line with customer demand and projected sales
• Maintain and increase market penetration as expected by manufacturer to meet company objectives
• Improve stock turnover, reduce stock holding and implement changes to increase sales, in order to meet dealership objectives
• Report to manufacturer and head office related to monthly targets

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Dealer Principal / General manager with a vehicle dealership
• Experience with a corporate brands such as Ford, Volkswagen, Audi, Mazda etc.
• Proven track record of reaching targets and profits for the dealership
• Solid references and clear criminal record
• Strong management and leadership abilities
• Ability to build up a new business and take initiative
