JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have an opportunity for a Dealer Principal / General Manager

Duties:

Manage overall dealership and staff for the Sales department, Parts department and Service department
Monitor and control the vehicles and parts in line with customer demand and projected sales
Maintain and increase market penetration as expected by manufacturer to meet company objectives
Improve stock turnover, reduce stock holding and implement changes to increase sales, in order to meet dealership objectives
Report to manufacturer and head office related to monthly targets

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as Dealer Principal / General manager with a vehicle dealership
Experience with a corporate brands such as Ford, Volkswagen, Audi, Mazda etc.
Proven track record of reaching targets and profits for the dealership
Solid references and clear criminal record
Strong management and leadership abilities
Ability to build up a new business and take initiative
