SUMMARY:
Dealership Service Manager - Johannesburg North - Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
As a Dealership Service Manager you will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of service, parts, accessories and lifestyle departments to ensure ongoing profitability.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Computer literate
Driver’s licence
Prior automotive sector experience
Min. of 3 years experience as an Service Manager working at a Motor Dealership

Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals

Ability to motivate the department
Business Orientated Thinking as well as Resource Management

Duties:

Developing and implementing a business plan to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction
Preparing marketing plans to ensure continued growth and attraction of new customers
Designing and introducing new initiatives to ensure customer loyalty
Analysing a range of KPI’s to ensure marketing strategies are accurately targeting key areas
Development and introduction of new processes within the Aftersales area
Responsible for Internal Workshop Processes & Reports
Responsible for Annual Budget of Service Department
Maintain good housekeeping always
Development of staff training and succession plans
