Dealmaker

Our client in the public sector has an EE opportunity available for a Dealmaker to be based in the Cape Town area.

Requirements:

• DFI experience is a must
• CA (SA) qualification is a must
• 5-8 years related experience of which 2-3 years should be in assessment as well as closing of transactions
• Declared competent in one due diligence discipline (Marketing, Technical or Financial)
• Grounded in one of the above due diligence disciplines
• Experience in interpretation of financial statements
• Report writing skills

KPIs:

• Evaluate applications for finance (financial, technical or marketing disciplines) through due diligence investigations
• Deal structuring
• Participate in due diligence teams
• Deal Optimization
• Account management function up to first draw
• Ensuring accurate client data management
• Customer Focus & Stakeholder Management
• Liaise, communicate and promote the unit externally
