SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Debit Order Arrears Collections Agent / Manager for a company based in the Centurion area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12
Tertiary qualification will be highly beneficial
4-6 years relevant experience
Proven experience with Debit order arrears collections
Computer literate

The ideal candidate should have experience in:

Monthly debit order / premium processing
Billing processes
Collections, including arrear collections using both soft and hard collection skills
Preferably from a service or subscription-based industry such as DStv, Vodacom, Insurance, Medical Aids, or Motor Vehicle Extended Warranties
Strong knowledge of debit order bureau systems and processes, including:

Electronic Payment Services
EFT Debit & Credit
NAEDO
Authenticated Collections (DebiCheck)
Card-based collection transactions

The individual will oversee and manage the full Debit Order function internally
