JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description

This leading logistics provider is seeking a Debtors Administrator to join their accounts receivables department on a 12 month contract position. The suitable candidate will need to be alert and render financial support within the company in the addition to collecting outstanding debt.

This role is suitable for a tenacious professional that has a strong incline in attention to detail and super organisational skills.

The key responsibilities for this role will include:

Processing of month-end billing and invoices
Payment allocations
Intercompany processing
Reconciliations
Collections

The requirements:

Qualification:

Matric (Grade12) – non negotiable
Certificate or Diploma (Finance / Accounting / Bookkeeping)

Experience:

6 years’ relevant experience in a similar industry

Skills Required:

Debtors collection
Customer service
General bookkeeping
