POSITION INFO:
Are you a numbers driven professional who thrives on maintaining financial control with accuracy and confidence? A well-established player in the manufacturing and wholesale sector is looking for an experienced Debtors / Credit Manager to take full ownership of their credit control function.

If you are analytical, hands-on, and confident in leading high-volume operations, this role offers the opportunity to drive financial stability, optimize cash flow, and provide strategic oversight within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end debtors and credit control function
Conduct credit vetting and risk assessments for new and existing customers
Oversee the age analysis, collections, and credit limits to maintain a healthy cash position
Review and interpret credit bureau reports for sound decision-making
Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and credit note processing in a high-volume setting
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve account queries and support overall business performance
Uphold accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Matric (essential); a Credit Management qualification will be an advantage
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar Debtors or Credit Manager role
Background in the retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or wholesale industries preferred
Strong proficiency in Syspro and MS Office (especially Excel)
Proven ability to manage large volumes of invoices and consumer accounts
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Immediate availability will be an added advantage
