SUMMARY:
A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced Debtors Manager to lead its accounts receivable and credit control function. This opportunity is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in collections, credit management, and cash flow optimisation.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full debtor's function, ensuring effective collection of outstanding accounts and the maintenance of healthy cash flow. Key responsibilities include managing credit applications and credit limits, monitoring debtor ageing, producing collection and cash flow reports, mitigating credit risk, and resolving customer account queries. The role will also involve developing and enforcing credit policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and leading a team to achieve collection targets and operational objectives. Skills & Experience: Strong debtors, accounts receivable, and credit control experience Proven leadership and team management capabilities Excellent analytical and reporting skills Strong understanding of credit risk management and collections processes Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities System exposure: Sage, Advanced Excel Minimum 5 years' experience in debtors or accounts receivable management At least 2 years' experience in a leadership role Qualification: Degree in Finance field Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
