POSITION INFO:
Delivery Consultant Join a remote STEM recruitment team focused on sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates. Cape Town (Remote) | Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break | R26,250.00 - R30,000.00 per month (Candidates with proven experience within the STEM industry can ask for R30,000.00+) ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client operates within the STEM recruitment sector, specialising in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics recruitment. The business operates with a highly integrated and collaborative approach for remote employees, featuring daily Teams communications, daily kickoff meetings, weekly Monday morning catch-ups, inclusion in team social events, and active recognition of team wins. THE ROLE: DELIVERY CONSULTANT The Delivery Consultant will act in a 180-recruitment capacity, focusing strictly on sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates. Operating remotely as an integrated member of the team, the role focuses on generating candidate shortlists using results-driven performance metrics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Source high-quality candidates. • Deliver high-quality candidates for recruitment assignments. • Generate candidate shortlists using results-driven performance metrics. • Operate as an integrated member of the remote team. ABOUT YOU • Technical recruitment experience. • Experience within the STEM or engineering sectors preferred. • Proven capability to work independently online. • Pre-screened infrastructure for remote work. • Confirmed, reliable home internet connection. • UPS backup power system.
