Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Organise meetings, project kick-offs, and regular progress updates. Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, scope details, and changes. Assist with resource planning to ensure teams are aligned and effectively utilised. Track project hours and support administrative processes linked to project delivery. Identify potential delays or issues early and support resolution to minimise disruption. Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant qualification in project management, business, or information technology. 2-5 years' experience in a coordination or project support role. Experience in IT services, consulting, or managed environments is advantageous. Exposure to managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with project tracking or ticketing systems. Good understanding of project delivery frameworks and methodologies. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation. Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured and disciplined manner.
