Key Performance Areas Perform basic network support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Communicate with external EasyPay Clients/Customers as required via telephone, email, and remote diagnostics to identify and resolve reported issues. Ability to deliver work within agreed Service Level Agreement commitments, particularly desktop troubleshooting resolution standards, and adherence to call logging, ticketing, and billing processes Assist with Change Request logging from peers as required Active Directory user maintenance and password resets Administration and support of EasyPay Business In-house Applications where necessary Provide support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Oversee and update assigned support work requests. Repair and recover from desktop hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted staff. Maintain technical documentation and audits of all PC hardware and software Carry out swop out activities for disabled or faulty PC & laptops and or/peripherals, ensuring minimum downtime of the user. Upgrade and configure system software that supports EasyPay applications or per project/operational needs. Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures. Responsible for Technical Input in Ordering Process and liaising with Business Procurement – quotations, invoices, and feedback. Qualifications Matric Any additional IT qualification highly advantageous A+ cert N+ cert Experience and Specialist Skills required 1-2 years technical IT support experience Microsoft Windows 10 management and maintenance Microsoft Teams management Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business Microsoft Defender for Endpoint management Microsoft Intune management The successful applicant must Able to work under extreme pressure Able to multi-task and prioritize as necessary Have good verbal and written communication skills Security Conscious Be self-driven and have high energy levels Be self-organised and assertive Be a logical thinker Be able to work independently, under pressure and with a high level of responsibility Valid driver’s license and own transport Neat, organized, well-spoken and well presented Great problem-solving skills
