SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for Desktop candidates based at Cape Town, Gauteng and KZN with Office 365 and networking experience to responds to all incidents and service requests logged at the service desk and assist with migration to O365. Candidate must be available for

A+N+

Experience

3 years Desktop experience
O365 experience
Install, maintain, configure and support PC hardware and software in Microsoft environment
Adding, modifying and deleting of user id’s for network, e-mail and internet
License management
Install, maintain, configure and support MS products such as MS Exchange, MS Office etc.
Provide technical support to end users
PC/laptop failure analysis and recovery; ensure faults are punctually reported and fixed
