Monitor and report on key digital marketing KPIs, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, ROAS and ROI Develop regular performance reports, dashboards and presentations for marketing and business stakeholders. Use data to evaluate the performance of paid search, paid social, SEO, email, website and other digital marketing channels. Work with platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Search Console Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau is advantageous Conduct customer and audience analysis to identify behavioural trends and opportunities for improved targeting. Track and analyse conversion funnels and customer journeys Identify performance gaps and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to optimise marketing campaigns Work closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, SEO, Content, eCommerce and broader Digital teams Assist with attribution, conversion tracking and measurement frameworks Ensure marketing data is accurate, consistent and effectively communicated to stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights and recommendations Experience with SQL, Excel or other data analysis tools is advantageous Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Data Analytics, Power BI or similar platforms are advantageous Apply now!
