JOB SUMMARY:

Location: Northern Suburbs
Function: Marketing

Overall Responsibility: Link between our business and the current / targeted social media followers. Contributing to and implementing social media strategy to align with business and brand goals. Responsible for implementing our Digital and Social Media Plan in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase clients. Continuous Website management and reporting monthly on analytics of Social Media and website performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Responsibilities:

Social Media Content:

Adhere to posting schedule as agreed upon
Facilitate copy and content design against the topics to ensure content is informative, appealing and on brand strategy and objectives
Contribute to the brand marketing strategies to ensure alignment between business, brand and social brand objectives
Oversee social media accounts design (e.g Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and layout)
Implement a monthly content calendar to manage content

Analytical Reporting:

Measure the success of every social media campaign, take learnings and improve (where required) in future campaign
Use and identify new social media marketing tools as agreed
Monitor SEO and web traffics metrics

Website Management:

Updating Website with new pictures of staff
Uploading of articles relevant to industry on website
Load vacancies on website

Requirements of the role:

Qualification: Degree in marketing
Years Experience: minimum of 2 years of digital and social media management, digital advertising or related industry experience
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
