SUMMARY:
An established marketing-led business is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to lead and refine its digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms.

This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the numbers, testing and refining campaigns, and translating performance data into meaningful outcomes. You’ll be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where performance matters.

POSITION INFO:

What you’ll be responsible for:
Owning end-to-end paid advertising initiatives across search and social channels
Continuously improving campaign effectiveness using performance metrics and testing methodologies
Managing and pacing advertising spend to ensure strong efficiency and ROI
Experimenting with audience targeting, creative variations, and landing page performance
Building and presenting performance insights through clear, structured reporting
Keeping up to date with platform changes, tools, and best practices in digital advertising
Working closely with creative and content teams to ensure alignment between strategy and messaging

What we’re looking for:
2–5+ years of experience running paid digital campaigns at a hands-on level
Strong working knowledge of Google advertising tools and major social ad platforms
Practical experience with analytics, tracking, and reporting tools (GA4, tag management, dashboarding)
Solid understanding of attribution, conversion paths, and performance measurement
A highly organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
