Who are we: An Australian Marketing Agency providing digital marketing services to the healthcare industry.

Who are we looking for: A remote Digital Marketing Operations Specialist

What will you do: .Primarily be responsible for managing the smooth operations of the agency, completing the technical builds and onboarding clients, including project managing team members for the overall KPI of monthly Operations Task Delivery of 90%+. You will work across the key operational areas of the business: Onboarding/Offboarding, Campaign and Software Management, Graphic Design, Finance and Management.

What do you need:

Expertise in google campaigns, email marketing and copywriting
Strong technical skills
Some design experience will be an added advantage
A Degree or Qualification in Marketing or equivalent
At least 2 to 3 years plus experience in a similar role
Experience setting up and launching marketing campaigns
Experience managing a team
Strong self motivation and initiative and ability to work autonomously and independently as part of a remote team

You are / will become proficient with:

Marketing - Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Facebook Ads and Business Manager
Go High Level SaaS Platform (SaaS Product)

- Call Tracking

- SMS & Email Marketing
- Funnels and Automation
Zapier, Twilio, Mailgun
Design - Canva, Wordpress with Divi
Communication - Zoom, Slack, Loom
Task Management - Asana
Client Support - HelpScout
Billing - Stripe and Wise
Web Host - Siteground
Reports - Google Sheets
