SUMMARY:
Digital Operations Manager will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies across a multidisciplinary digital marketing team. Project and operational management of digital projects and campaigns.

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities

Projects:

Be the custodian of digital marketing processes. Complete operational management of the digital division.
Development of operational processes to facilitate a seamless and agile project, and ensure process adherence and timeous delivery by the Digital Marketing teams.
Oversee digital projects and manage deliverables.
Manage project budgets vs actual.

Collaboration and Innovation:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and improve current systems and processes to ensure sustainable and scalable growth.
Assist the team with efficient time management by ensuring resources are planned effectively.
Champion an environment conducive to continuous improvement and innovation that drives towards improving daily workflow and achieving annual business priorities.
Be flexible enough to combine tried and tested methodologies with innovative improvements

Requirements

Project Management certification or similar
At least 3 years industry-relevant experience in operations management, leadership and people management
