Who are we looking for

A senior, hands-on Digital Performance Specialist
Strong strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
Confident managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and presenting performance insights
Someone who takes ownership and drives results

What will you do

Develop and execute full-funnel performance strategies aligned to business objectives
Manage, optimise, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
Allocate and manage budgets to maximise ROI (ROAS, CPL, CAC)
Implement and manage tracking via GA4, GTM, and platform pixels
Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Drive A/B testing and continuous optimisation initiatives
Provide input on creative and messaging based on performance data
Deliver clear reporting with strategic recommendations
Ensure accuracy across campaign setup, tracking, and reporting

What do you need

Proven experience in a senior digital/performance marketing role (agency experience preferred)
Strong platform expertise across paid media channels
Solid understanding of analytics, tracking, and attribution (GA4, GTM)
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link performance to business outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and strong operational discipline
Proactive, accountable, and solutions-driven
