Digital Product Owner

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Product Owner to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of projects across their digital sales channels.

POSITION INFO:
This role is responsible for ensuring seamless digital customer experiences by bringing relevant stakeholders together, coordinating project delivery and monitoring deadlines and performance. If you are ready to act as the central point of contact for digital project initiatives and ensure projects adhere to platform best practices, submit your CV to Duties: Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects, from ideation and requirements gathering through to go-live and performance monitoring Scope & Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets and resource allocations Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place Digital Channel Execution: Ensure projects adhere to platform best practices, brand guidelines and customer experience principles Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for digital project initiatives, and facilitate clear communication between business units, marketing, IT and external service providers Agile & Alignment: Run regular sprint reviews, status updates and stakeholder workshops to ensure transparency and alignment Performance and Reporting: Monitor KPIs related to project outcomes and digital sales performance Continuous Improvement: Deliver post-implementation reviews and recommend continuous improvements based on performance data and customer feedback Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) Bachelor's degree or higher Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience; insurance or financial services background preferred Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle Experience managing senior stakeholders, third-party suppliers\/partners and diverse internal teams Exposure to project management Skills & Competencies: Leadership and influencing abilities.
