POSITION INFO:
Introduction The role will support the translation of business requirements into digital functionality and coordinate activities across development, UX\/UI and testing teams.  The role is responsible for supporting the complete digital product lifecycle, from requirements and design through development, testing, implementation and ongoing maintenance. Duties & Responsibilities Digital Platform Execution Support the day-to-day execution and optimisation of the App and PWA. Coordinate platform enhancements, releases, fixes and maintenance activities. Maintain visibility of the digital platform development pipeline and outstanding requirements. Assist with prioritisation of platform enhancements. Monitor the implementation of new functionality and enhancements. Identify opportunities to improve member engagement, usability and platform performance.   Business Requirements and Business Requirement Specifications  Gather and compile business requirements. Translate business requirements into a clear and structured Business Requirement Specifications (BRS). Document functional requirements, business rules, user journeys and acceptance criteria. Ensure sign-off before development commences. Ensure requirements are clearly communicated to development and technology teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date requirements documentation.   Development Coordination  Coordinate external suppliers and provide weekly progress reports to Management. Maintain development progress against agreed priorities and timelines. Track and report development dependencies, risks, issues and outstanding actions. Conduct sprint planning, backlog refinement and release planning. Ensure developed functionality aligns with approved requirements.   Development Hours Management  Plan and report monthly on available development hours. Assist in prioritising development work according to business value, urgency and available capacity. Monitor development effort against agreed requirements and scope. Escalate potential capacity constraints or delivery risks.   Testing & Quality Assurance  Develop and maintain test scenarios and test cases. Conduct functional and regression testing of App and PWA functionality. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Identify, document and track defects. Coordinate defect resolution with development teams. Retest fixes and confirm that requirements have been met. Compile post UAT report for sign-off. Support post-release testing and validation. Ensure new functionality does not negatively impact existing platform functionality.   UX\/UI Design and Member Experience  Support the development and enhancement of intuitive digital user journeys. Participate in UX\/UI design discussions and reviews. Assist with wireframes, prototypes and journey mapping where required. Identify usability issues and recommend improvements. Ensure digital functionality is aligned to member needs and behaviors. Support the development of simple, engaging and accessible member experiences.   Platform Maintenance  Responsible for ongoing platform maintenance. Report issues and ensure appropriate follow-up. Conduct incident and defect investigation and ensure fixes\/changes are implemented in collaboration with the IT team and external development team. Maintain records of platform issues, enhancements and resolutions. Identify and report recurring issues and opportunities for preventive improvements.   Platform performance and engagement  Ensure digital journeys are aligned with the intended engagement and behavioral outcomes. Support the development of functionality that encourages members to take appropriate and measurable actions and a rewards engine that functions and delivers appropriately and optimally.       Key Deliverables  Accurate and complete BRS documentation Well-defined user requirements and acceptance criteria App and PWA enhancements delivered on time Well-documented and completed testing and UAT activities Effective defect tracking and resolution Controlled development-hour utilisation Successful implementation of platform enhancements Up-to-date platform documentation Improved member usability and digital engagement Reliable and well-maintained App and PWA functionality Maintenance of a secure, compliant platform by following established security, privacy and development standards, identifying potential risks, and ensuring that new functionality is implemented in accordance with applicable legislative and organisational requirements.   Key Stakeholder Interfaces  Company Team Digital Team Software Developers UX\/UI Designers Testing Teams Data & Analytics Teams External Development Partners Marketing Team Desired Experience & Qualification Qualification:   Relevant diploma or degree in one or more of the following: Information Technology Information Systems Business Analysis Digital Product Management Computer Science Project Management Business Management UX\/UI Design Digital Marketing           Experience:   1–3 years’ experience in a digital, technology, business analysis, product or related environment. Exposure to mobile applications, websites or digital platforms. Experience working with development or technology teams would be advantageous. Exposure to requirements gathering and documentation. Exposure to software testing or UAT. Exposure to UX\/UI or customer journey design would be advantageous.
