They have previously taken our students for Work Integrated Learning or for Internships and at least one graduate is still there and doing very well in his career.
They told us that they plan to run some internships during 2022 – they do not have any details, yet such as start date, duration of the internship, or stipend BUT they invited us to send them GOOD applications of graduates who might be interested in internships in certain departments.

Flume is offering work experience for an exceptional graduate for their Digital strategy department. Laying the foundation, they develop tailored digital strategies designed to achieve business strategies and to effectively communicate with target audiences

Requirements

Well-versed in business strategies, aims and revenue generation
Proven track record of developing successful strategic plans
Able to quickly assess a business situation and devise a plausible solution for where client businesses are in their growth cycle
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experienced At Making Strategic Decisions
Critical and Creative thinker and data-driven
Must take a Customer-Centric, Revenue-First Approach
Results Focused
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Data analysis
Digital/Social Media marketing/advertising skills
Basic design skills
Planning and a forward-looking attitude
A great leader and team player
