Digital Administrator position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job and Company Description:
Assist in the planning of and responsible for maintaining numerous digital signage networks
Provide ongoing guidance and support to internal and external clients regarding their advertisements
Transcode content from source video and audio formats to required formats for consumption by devices
Work with the relevant departments to create, schedule and manage advertising loops on digital signage across numerous platforms
Analyse, troubleshoot and escalate issues related to the digital signage network
Manage digital support helpdesk

Job Experience & Skills Required:
3+ years relevant working experience
General knowledge of video and audio signal processing, encoding and formats
Strong understanding of audio and video codecs
Strong IT knowledge with a good understanding of networking. WAN and cloud services (A+, N+ an advantage)
Experience working within development and production environments
Advance understanding of digital signage software
