Who Are We Looking For

An experienced Head of Digital Transformation with a proven track record of leading large-scale digital initiatives in complex business environments. This is an expat opportunity based in Zambia, ideal for someone looking to make a significant impact on a growing, ambitious organisation. You’ll bring both strategic vision and operational excellence, with the ability to align digital solutions with commercial goals.

What Will You Do

Lead the end-to-end digital transformation strategy across all divisions (Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.)
Identify opportunities for digital innovation and process optimisation
Oversee the implementation of new systems, platforms, and tools
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align business goals with technology solutions
Ensure the change management process is smooth, engaging, and business-aligned
Introduce global best practices and ensure the business remains future-fit
Drive data-driven decision-making across the enterprise
Build and manage a high-performing digital transformation team

What Do You Need

Minimum of 10–15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior digital transformation role
Experience working in or with large, complex FMCG or manufacturing businesses
Deep knowledge of digital technologies, data analytics, ERP systems, and innovation platforms
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
A strategic mindset with the ability to execute at a high level
A relevant degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field; postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous
Experience working in emerging markets or within Africa would be a plus
