Our client has an opportunity available for a Direct Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist.

Requirements:

Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing or Data Analysis.
5+ years’ experience in a Direct Marketing and E-Commerce roll.
Experience using CRM tools.
CMS knowledge.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Audience Management is preferred.
Understanding of the retail E-Commerce space.

Responsibilities:

Manage online customer journey points leading to online sales from lead generation for both B2C and B2B products.
Monitor success of all listed products and leverage customer behaviour and analytics to generate proactive CRM plans to improve performance.
Increase data collection across all touch points.
Ensure data is clean and information is managed.
Implement data campaigns or solutions to engage potential customers.
Execute campaigns using different communication tools to target and interact with he customer base.
Weekly reporting to the marketing and subsidiary head.
Responsible for the digital privacy policy.
Marketing budget management and vendor registration.
