JOB DESCRIPTION:

Gro Direct is currently looking to hire some ambitious direct sales agents to sell products. The required candidates should have a matric certificate, no experience needed as we offer training. Required candidates should:

• Be target driven

• Be passionate about sales

• Have strong negotiation and communication skills

• Be committed to their job

• Be able to work with little supervision

• Utilise all available resources and sales methods to reach out to prospects and attempt to convert the prospects to sales

• Promote and sell products to both consumers and businesses

• Identify new opportunities and follow up on potential leads

• Meet daily/weekly and monthly sales targets

The selected candidate should be readily available and able to start work immediately.
