Direct Sales Executive

Our Client is an Elite IT Company. We seek a dynamic and resourceful individual to join our team as a Hunter-Gatherer Specialist in the Voice -Print and IT Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and staying abreast of market trends within the South African voice – print and IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market data to develop insights and strategies for business growth.

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Utilize various channels to identify and approach potential clients, including cold calling, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.

1. Relationship Building:

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.

1. Business Development:

• Actively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships in the voice – print and IT industry.
• Develop and present compelling proposals to potential clients.

1. Sales and Negotiation:

• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

1. Industry Expertise:

• Stay informed about the latest developments in the voice - print and IT industry.

1. Reporting and Analysis:

• Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market insights.
• Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.

1. Customer Service:

• Work closely with the customer service team to address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in business development (Hunter-Gatherer) and sales within the voice and print industry. Minimum of 3 Years.
• Strong understanding of the South African market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of relevant technologies and solutions in the voice and print industry.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales in the voice and print industry.

Salary is up to R25000.00 Basic plus commission depending on experience.
