SUMMARY:
A position for Director Operations- designated to the CFO to support business strategy is available in a leading Auditing Firm

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:
ï‚· A CA (SA) qualification.
ï‚· An MBA or similar additional qualification would be advantageous.
ï‚· At least ten years’ experience as an Operations Executive or in a similar senior
executive role.
ï‚· Strong technical knowledge and skills.
ï‚· Strong leadership and communication skills.
ï‚· Knowledge of the PFMA is highly desirable.
ï‚· Experience in managing IT and HR environments.
ï‚· Experience in Risk Management.

Key Perfromance Areas

Accountable for directing the Operations Department in achieving its mandate
and the overall management of the department. The Director: Operations is
accountable for delivering the operational strategy with which to support and achieve
the successful implementation of the organisational and business strategy. The
functions within Operations include HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, Risk Management,
Corporate Secretariat, and Facilities.
