Calling all HR Managers!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client a leading Retail Group wants to reward suitably qualified and experienced HR Professional with an exciting career opportunity. The position is based in Cape Town and will inbolve travelling to certain areas.

Requirements:

Human Resources experience of at least 5 years as a Generalist.
Sound experience in Industrial Relations and Recruitment & Selection ESSENTIAL
Retail experience will be an advantage
Qualification of at least a National Diploma in the HR field

Good planning, interpersonal and analytical skills
Effective writing skills in English

Must be fluent in at least one African language
Must have represented an employer at the CCMA at Arbitration level. ESSENTIAL

Must have liaised/negotiated with Trade Unions
Must have a code 08 driving license and be willing to travel extensively

SA Citizens only

Must be Criminal Clear

Must reside in Cape Town and be willing to travel within the Divisions.

Duties:

Represent the Company at the CCMA

Trade Union negotiations

Responsible for recruitment of branch staff
Compilation of HR Management Information
Interface with the payroll to collect monthly report information
Consulting with Management, line and staff regarding HR issues

Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to assessments
