Our client in the FMCG Industry is seeking to employ an experienced FMCG Divisional Manager (DM) to join their team based in Port Elizabeth.

The Divisional Manager serves as the custodian of Service Excellence and is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, sales growth, staff development, stakeholder satisfaction, and adherence to company processes. The role requires strong leadership, disciplined execution, and proactive relationship management with members, suppliers, and internal teams.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Grade 12 \/ Matric. Valid driver's license and reliable transport. Strong leadership, disciplined execution, and proactive relationship management skills. Ability to drive divisional sales growth and achievement of sales targets. Ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop Customer Relations Officers (CROs). Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to maintain excellent communication with members, suppliers, and internal departments. Ability to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and open communication. Strong administration, reporting, and operational documentation skills. Ability to ensure compliance with ordering, subsidy, claims, escalation, and cancellation procedures. Ability to monitor system maintenance, order status management, and timely billing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and ensure signed approvals are uploaded to Portal. Ability to promote face-to-face and telephone engagement rather than relying solely on email. Ability to create a high-energy, sales-driven culture.
